Thani Dubai mining is a company and incorporated under the laws of Cayman Island and having its registered office at M & C Corporate Services Limited, Ugland House, South Church Street, George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands.
The company is part of the Thani Investment Group. It was granted a license for exploration of gold and associated minerals at the Wadi Maddan area in Hadramawt governorate and Wadi Sharis area in Hajjah governorate. Also the company has three Mining Concessions in Egypt, Mauritania, and soon Senegal.
