Naine Minerals company, a company incorporated under the laws of Singapore. It is a mining exploration and development company focused on natural resources including metallic and non-metallic raw materials.

The Company's primary asset is the full knowledge on the licensed Yemeni prospects and their potential of natural raw materials occurrences and deposits, which the company will have the exclusivity of mining in these regions. The Company also has a "Joint Venture Agreement" with 3S Minerals Company.
